How do I check into the Home
At least 30 days prior to your
arrival you will be send directions to the property and the key code to the
home.
When you arrive at the home
there is a key box which you will punch in the code given to you this will open
and the key will be inside.
How close are the homes to Walt
Disney World
All the homes are within resort
communities designed for vacation use and are located approx 5 - 10 miles from
Disney World. We also have homes on GolF Courses.
Are there Restaurants &
Shopping Nearby
Yes, grocery and drug stores
are located near by. You also have a great choice of restaurants to either eat
in or get that take-away delivered to the home.
Do I need to Clean the Home
No, you are our guest, all the
homes are professionally cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival. There is
a mop, vacuum, broom, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dust pan in the home
in case it needs a quick touch up during your stay. We would ask that on
departure you could put a wash on to assist the cleaner's. We can also arrange
a mid-week clean during you stay if required.
Do I need to bring Towels and
linens to the home
We provide all the linens and
towels. Each home has two sets of linens for each bed and ample towels. You
may want to bring beach towels if you plan to visit the beaches.
Are the homes non-smoking
All our homes are None
Smoking. Guest's only permitted to smoke outside on the patio area.
Do you allow pets
Small pets are allowed in some
selected homes. Please ask.
What Time can we get in the
property and what time do we have to leave
Check in time is normally 1600
hrs and you are required to vacate the property by 1000 hrs the morning of
departure. If you require a late check out please call our office to arrange,
normal cost of $50
Remember to leave the key back
in the lock box.
If I have a problem with the
home what do I do
You will find a guest book
inside the home with the telephone number's in case of emergency or enquiries.
We will arrive late can I
arrange some food provisions to be at the home when I arrive.
We can arrange a food pack for
you which will contain the essentials for breakfast and snacks. If you have a
special occasion birthday or anniversary we can also arrange a fruit basket,
champagne, flowers or chocolates.
