to owners monthly), clearly indicating all expenditure for the month, along
with the original utility invoices, water, electricity, gas, phone etc., from
service providers.

"tip of the iceberg", careful, dedicated and consistent property management goes
much, much further than this. Over time we have built and sustained a great
relationship with all our homeowners, achieved through honest and fair, totally
transparent dealing at all times. We, with justification, pride ourselves on
NEVER having lost an owner through poor service levels, in fact gaining many of
our present owners through recommendation from other, very happy and satisfied
owners......We believe, the highest endorsement and a true measure of
performance levels for a business.

Palms Vacation Villas Inc., provide full service support for guests during their
stay. We have in each and every villa a comprehensive information folder, full
of helpful and useful hints, for both the villa and surrounding areas. We
personally register guests, ( we find this an excellent benefit to both home
owners and guests alike. Being able to answers guests questions and also at the
same time taking a security deposit (card imprint), to be used in the unlikely
event of any damage. It is our experience that guests very much appreciate the
visit, (knowing that someone is on hand for them and not just a distant,
anonymous answer phone....leave a message voice).
