We offer a complete range of professional maintenance and management services, incorporating pool and lawn care needs, insect control and the very highest standards of house keeping services. In addition we provide a detailed monthly statement (made available online to owners), clearly indicating all expenditure for the month.

Over time we have built and sustained a great relationship with all our homeowners, achieved through honest, fair and totally transparent dealings at all times. With justification, we pride ourselves on never having lost an owner through poor service levels, in fact we have gained many of our present clients through recommendations from other very happy and satisfied owners. This, we believe, is the highest endorsement and a true measure of the service we offer.

Florida Palms Vacation Villas provide full service support for guests during their stay. We have in each and every villa a comprehensive information folder, full of helpful hints for both the villa and its surrounding areas. We can register guests which allows us to visit them in person to ensure that they have settled in well and answer any questions they may have. We find this is an excellent benefit to both homeowners and guests alike and adds that all important personal touch. It also provides an opportunity for us to take a security deposit, and explain that it is to be used in the unlikely event of any damages.
